Federal Industrial Sales is not an authorized distributor for any of the manufacturers listed on our website.
If you need a quote request, please email us. Email Attachments WILL NOT be opened!
We deal solely in surplus items and therefore do not carry parts or repair kits for any of the items listed other than replacement parts for starters and contactors.
All equipment sold by Federal Industrial Sales should be inspected for safety and proper operation by a professional. Upon purchase, you agree not to hold Federal Industrial Sales or its employees responsible for any injuries or damages caused by purchased equipment.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a replacement (if available) or a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Purchaser pays all shipping charges unless arrangements have been made otherwise. Federal Sales does not refund for any special shipping methods, standard shipping methods only.
Payments accepted are Visa, Mastercard, and Wire Transfers, please call toll free 866-801-8855. No C.O.D's. Checks are accepted but will delay shipment for approximately 5 days.

New Surplus or Unused Surplus means that the item has never been used, it may or may not have the manufacturers original packaging. It does not come with a manufacturers warranty, we guarantee items to be in working condition when shipped. Any returns must be made within a 30 day period, item must be in same physical condition as when you received it. Please notify us if a return is being made
